My best workout that you can easily follow at home

 I want to share to you my favorites workout at home, that you can easily follow during the week, with workout plans, and all free. 

1. Caroline Deisler. She proposes different workout plan on her instagram account. You can choose between 30 to 60 mins and there is also a special one for beginner. The negative point is that she never doing breaks during her workout and there is no music in it BUT she is speaking and working out with you !

2. Pamela Reif : I think we all know her ! She is very famous. She has a lot of youtube videos with different kind of workouts, from hits to yoga, from beginner to advancers. Some of them are really intense ! The negative point is that she does not speaking with you, it's some time difficult to find motivation to follow her. 


3. Caro Daur : She has a lot of videos on her youtube channel. She is really motivating. Her workout are really complete and great because there are some break time so she made it achievable. The negative point is that there are not a plenty of free videos. If you want a full program you need to pay ! 

4. Sissy Mua : She is really really motivating ! She is always in a good mood and put you in a good mood too. She is always positive and encouraging you when working out. Her workout are really complete and well done. There a lot of program that you can have free access.
