My best workout that you can easily follow at home
I want to share to you my favorites workout at home, that you can easily follow during the week, with workout plans, and all free. 1. Caroline Deisler. She proposes different workout plan on her instagram account. You can choose between 30 to 60 mins and there is also a special one for beginner. The negative point is that she never doing breaks during her workout and there is no music in it BUT she is speaking and working out with you ! 2. Pamela Reif : I think we all know her ! She is very famous. She has a lot of youtube videos with different kind of workouts, from hits to yoga, from beginner to advancers. Some of them are really intense !
